Buy online using our shopping cart, you will be taken to a secure page
when processing card details, (for peace of mind you can check your on
a secure page by checking the address at the top of the page or if you
do not wish to send your details over the Internet, you can choose to
order by phone or by post (just print of the order form, fill out and
send, find the link at the top of the homepage).
Using The Store Go to "Shop" to
start shopping. The shop is broken down into sections to make it as
easy as possible to find what you're looking for, a particular seed
variety, a pipe, a crystal catcher or Whatever! You can always return
to the shopping screen at any time by clicking on the 'shopping link'
in the top of your screen.
On the left hand side of the screen is a 'Page Menu', which lists all
of the sections within the shopping area, so you can just scroll up and
down and click on what page of products you want to browse through. If
you're looking for something specific, or are unsure of what section
the product you are looking for is likely to reside in, you can use our
search feature to search for individual products within our range. The
Search tool is permanently visible at the top left of the screen.
Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, it should be returned to
us for a replacement. Please use Special delivery for returns. Your
postage cost for returning the item to us will be refunded and a
replacement shipped out to you ASAP.
When returning an item, please remember to include a note detailing
both your order number, and a brief description of the problem.
Please remember that items will only be excepted for an exchange if
UN-used and still in original product packaging, if you try to send
back a used item/s for an exchange the item/s will be returned to you
and at your expense.
Exchanges (UK)
If you would simply like to exchange an item that is not faulty, we
will be happy to do so, as long as you contact us within 7 days of
receiving the item. Remember to include a note detailing both your
order number, and your exchange requirements.
Items should be sent back to us via recorded delivery. If you’d paid by
postal order or cheque please send £5.45 to cover extra bank charges
and delivery costs incurred in sending out a second package to you, if
you’d paid by card we will charge your card for this amount.
Please remember that items will only be excepted for an exchange if
UN-used and still in original product packaging, if you try to send
back a used item/s for an exchange the item/s will be returned to you
and at your expense.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped, via e-mail
or phone. If there is a refund due then it will be minus a £1.50
cancellation fee to cover our bank charges.
If your order has already been shipped may return it for a refund as
long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We
advise you to send the item back via special delivery so it will not
get lost in the post but this won’t be refunded. When returning an
item, please remember to include a note detailing your order number and
please be aware that when you receive your refund it will not include
the original postage charge.

Customer care is of utmost importance to us. Should you wish to make a
complaint, simply e-mail us with details. All complaints are treated
with the utmost confidence, if you have a problem then our staff will
do everything in their power to find a solution and will get back to

Customs
Some of the items available on our website may be controlled under
customs regulations in the country you are resident in. We will happily
ship products to any country, however it may be the case that in
receiving products, you are acting in conflict with the laws of your
country. We cannot be held responsible for any packages that are
delayed or seized by customs in your country. (Customs will generally
inform you if they’ve confiscated an item). All products are 100% legal
to be shipped from the UK. We strongly advise that all customers check
the legality of said products in their own country, to avoid any
disappointment.
